Essential Functions for Data Analyst:              

·   Inputs and analyzes various Project timesheets:  Billable hours and reports in support of realizing project financial goals

·   Independently updates Project List & maintains it constantly, tracking project progress

·   Initiates projects digitally & physically, including inputting information into Ajera Software & Asana for project management. Training provided.

·   Provides project specific reporting for budgets and billable hours to meet timeline and profitability of projects on an ongoing basis

·   Keeps all stake holders updated on project timelines, due dates and outstanding items

·   Provides regular and ad hoc process workflow and operational efficiency reporting for management

·   Organizes, analyzes and reports on baseline data

·   Monitors, analyzes, and maintains day to day processes to effectively regulate in place procedures on all project operations

·   Supports day-to-day Project Data for Project initiation and financial budgets and timelines by responding to requests for specific or minor changes to workflow

·   Conducts data analysis to determine efficacy and efficiency of current Projects

·   Works closely with CFO on all project schedule and initiation and project profitability

·   Reviews contracts and other documents as needed by the CFO

·   Closes projects upon project completion


Other Functions:

·   Performs other functions as assigned by the CFO




Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·   Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·   Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, Visio and Access

·   Will be trained on specific Ajera Software & Asana for Project Management

·   Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting project timelines

·   Able to effectively work independently and as a team member with various projects

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

·   Primarily sedentary work in a general office environment

·   Ability to communicate and exchange information

·   Ability to comprehend and interpret documents and data

·   Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals

·   May be required to work extended hours for special business needs

Minimum Education:

·   Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance

Minimum Related Work Experience:

·   3+ years of relevant work experience in a business environment
