Located on an eight-acre private island in Aventura, Florida, Privé at Island Estates is a 160-unit luxury condominium project that opened its doors in 2018. The development is comprised of two 16-story towers, each with 80 residential units. The lobby features a reinforced curtain wall system that can withstand wind loads up to 120psf.
Building Drops provided Engineering and a full set of Shop Drawings for the Window Wall, Entrance Doors, Casement Windows, Sliding Glass Doors and Railings. We assisted with Steel Frame Engineering to support surrounding windows and doors.
