PRODUCT DESIGN

Building Drops assists manufacturers with product design for improvements and upgrade needs, as well as, manufacturers looking to design an entirely new product line.

We are the perfect addition to your team when the need arises to have “in-house” experts with a comprehensive knowledge of product markets throughout North America and Europe. We have the skills to develop products from a conceptual stage and carry them through final approval and certification. Our product designs services also offer manufacturers the advantage of creating a proprietary new design that is their own, rather than partnering with other manufacturers or suppliers for usage and distribution agreements.

Rapid prototyping of 3D models further improves our ability to assist manufacturers when finalizing a new product design. Having the ability to test fit and evaluate the physical attributes of a component before having to go through the traditional channels will provide you with savings both in time and your bottom-line. When extrusion dies are designed incorrectly, it can be time consuming and extremely costly to remedy as dies can typically cost $4,000 or more. Our rapid prototyping allows for the opportunity to evaluate and correct any design mistakes on the 3D model before going to the die maker.
