425 Grand Concourse is a 26-story mixed-use tower that contains 277 residential units, a medical facility, a supermarket and community space. The building is the largest Passive House development in North America to date and is expected to use 30% less energy than a building built through traditional construction. Its highly-insulated airtight envelope, green rooftop, solar panels, and solar shading are some of the factors that contribute to its energy efficiency.
