Project
Rosemary Square is a multi-phase, mixed-use project in West Palm Beach. The newest development in this project is a 21-story apartment tower with 325 units. There is an additional 57,000 square feet of office space and 34,000 square feet of retail planned for this phase of the development.
Building Drops provided Engineering and a full set of Shop Drawings for the Window Wall, Entrance Doors, and Casement/Awning Windows. We assisted with Steel Frame Engineering to support surrounding windows and doors. Our team also assisted with the Design of the customer’s Window Wall System specific for this Project.
