Project
The Little River Center project is an adaptive re-use of an abandoned 8-story office building into a mixed-use work-live development with residential lofts and 30,000 square feet of retail.
Building Drops provided Engineering and a full set of Shop Drawings for the Window Wall, Entrance Doors, and Operable Windows. We also assisted in reviewing the Steel Framing used to support the window wall system at the lobby level.
